Planning, designing and developing complex websites and mobile experiences 2. Knowledge and experience incorporating usability concepts, best practices, standards etc. in designs 3. Knowledge and experience in information architecture. 4. Visual/graphic web design experience 5. Knowledge and experience with accessibility guidelines 6. Knowledge and experience with interaction design concepts and principles 7. Knowledge and experience with usability testing, user interviews, focus groups etc. 8. Knowledge and experience with cardsorting, site map testing, etc. 9. Knowledge and experience with heuristic and competitive assessments 10. Knowledge and experience developing user flows, journey maps, mental models 11. Knowledge and experience developing wireframes and mockups 12. Knowledge and experience developing interactive prototypes 13. Experience creating and training usability standards and principles 14. Experience analyzing and providing recommendations from disperse information sources 15. Ability to translate knowledge and ideas well across a variety of in-person conversations and through written communcations 16. Works with others to build upon ideas and execute ideas 17. Understands latest design and development trends and when it is appropriate to apply them to a project 18. Ability to respond resourcefully to new demands, priorities and challenges 19.
