Title : Java JSP Developer Location : Houston, TX Duration : 6 Month Contract. Projects Details: · The projects are new development initiatives, therefore SDLC experience is required. Design work in addition to core Java/JSP development. · Experience building applications “soup to nuts" and not just be focused on one piece of the development lifecycle · Understand security standards; as well be familiar with developing customer facing web applications that are compatible with multiple web browsers. · Technical environment: Java 1.6, Oracle 11i, Websphere, hibernate, Documentum for content management · Need to have solid communication skills. · Need to be able to create stored procedures/triggers and do queries. job Requirements Java Required Skills: Experience working in a team environment, as well as independently to deliver project deliverables. Experience designing, developing, testing and implementing Java/JSP based web applications. Experience using Eclipse IDE and version control, preferably Subversion. Experience with a content management system, preferably Documentum Web Publisher. JSP, JAVA, JSTL, JSON, Hibernate, Spring, Web Services, PL/SQL, XML Skills. Directory (LDAP): Sun Java (iPlanet) Server experience desired. Web Application & Portal: Tomcat, JBOSS, Sun Java Servers experience desired. Proven understanding of Unix (Solaris) operating system experience desired.
