Job Description:
• Job Role: Senior Big data Lead/Developer
• Location: New Jersey
• Job Description:
We are looking for senior big data/Hadoop developer for developing and
supporting Big Data solutions. The candidate will be responsible for the
following activities:
• Work with client, understand their business needs and provide
solutions meeting client needs
• Design, implementation, testing and operational support of big
data solutions to address customer’s requirement.
• Work with internal/external stakeholders on various data sets
(pharma domain)
• Co-ordinate on boarding of new data sets and running periodic
jobs/workflows as part operational support.
• Knowledge on ETL processing preferred.
• Technical Skills Required:
8+ years of overall work experience. Strong hands-on work
experience in designing and implementing of big data solutions
with following skills:
• Programming Languages: Core Java (Mandatory), JDBC,
Spring, Struts, Hibernate
• AWS (Mandatory): S3, EC2, EMR, SWF, SQS/SNS
• Distributed Data Processing: Hadoop Map Reduce (In Core Java,
Mandatory), HIVE, Spark, Flume, KAFKA
• Databases: MySQL, Redshift (Mandatory),
• Platform: UNIX, Shell Scripting, Python, PL/SQL.
