Location: Phoenix,AZ
Length: 6 Contract to hire

Skills:
7-10 years related experience in software architecture and interface design
7-10 years of IT experience with mastery in software application
architecture & interface

design, build and implementation preferably supporting hospitality product
implementations

and large scale integration projects.
Strong SDLC background – usage, adherence and improvements of software

methodologies.
Hands-on experience in technical aspects of windows application development
using

Microsoft .NET 3.0/3.5/4.0 development, C#.net; and test engineering.
Demonstrated experience in supporting web-services & TIBCO interfaces for

end-customer facing 24X7 web & mobile applications in a Cloud & SAS
environment.
-Anything from multi-tier scalable systems, to communication protocols for
POS peripherals

Client/Server Architecture: .Net framework & Microsoft Windows technologies
Relational Database concepts/experience: -SQL Server 2008
Integration/Messaging Too! ls: Web Services & TIBCO, Informatica

Proven track record defining and deploying SOA based solutions
Strong understanding of application server and middleware technologies -
WebSphere

preferred, Weblogic acceptable
Well versed in ports, protocols, services, ODBC, JDBC, XML, and SOAP

Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
Hospitality & retail industry experience a plus.

Role:
Hands-on, developer position to provide technical expertise and support
capabilities in field

of application architecture and systems integrations to the Services
Application support

group. The individual will act as the primary technical resource for
design, implementation &

support of interfaces to the Cloud hosted SaS Services Management System
(SMS).

Demonstrated ability to take high level direction, develop plan to achieve
results and work

with cross functional teams to effectively communicate vision and deliver
results. Should be

able to support multiple - parallel initiatives in a fast pace environment.
Provides technical

support for 24x7 Services Management System – cloud hosted system
(focused on

databases, application, infrastructure and performance). Communicates
effectively to both

technical and non-technical individuals at various levels internally and
externally. Provide

expertise as the internal escalation point for infrastructure and
technology iss! ues related to

the SMS application and Cloud Services environment.

Demonstrated capability of creating solutions to complex
problems/requirements. Proven

usage of modeling methodologies. Ability to determine the right level of
architectural

discipline for a project based upon scope, business value and other
constraints/parameters.

Strong analytical & problem solving skills with ability to analyze
probabilities, risks &

vulnarabilities.

Analyze risk at each stage report on potential problems meeting system
requirements.

Manage short & long-term strategies for production systems (i.e. retiring
legacy systems,

integrating new/legacy systems, and development of new environments)

Services application architecture/interface lead across multiple
applications and systems
Creation and delivery of detailed technical documentation/presentations
Collaborate with other applications and technical architects and vendor
resources to create

enterprise qu! ality solutions
Providing technical consultation and mento! ring
Maintain / evolve Services applications interfaces & capabilities
Lead software architecture reviews
