Global Compliance Verification and Registration System Designed and developed a web-based system for building electronic dossiers for the management of drug manufacturing documents. This Regulatory Affairs system is used to verify and ensure ongoing compliance with registered manufacturing procedures in plants throughout the world. Led the small team of developers to an early delivery of this application. Technology used: XML, XSL, C#, Microsoft .NET Framework, and ASP.NET. This application leveraged ASP.NET web services developed for the system below. Global Regulatory Electronic Submission System Designed and developed a validated web-based system for building Electronic Common Technical Document (eCTD) regulatory agency submissions. The system enables drag and drop construction of drug submissions from GxPharma and other Documentum document stores. Led the functional requirements process with UML use cases and diagrams and screen layout/flow diagrams of my own design. The technical design included UML class and activity/sequence diagrams and also traditional entity relationship modeling for the database objects. A web services SOA approach defined interfaces to the multiple document stores, enterprise user authentication, and the regulatory registration database (Oracle) information. XSL-generated views and filters provided flexible visibility into the entire regulatory submission lifecycle. Led the team of half a dozen developers through technology transition to XML, XSL, C#, Microsoft .NET Framework, and ASP.NET. The ASP.NET template approach built for this project was adopted as a standard for many development teams and dozens of projects. The team shared a President's Team of the Year Award for their efforts.
