This position is the primary developer/integrator for web access management, federation, and authentication services, and has responsibility from initial engagement with customers through production implementation. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Development o Assist developers, project managers, architects in the design, development and integration of applications into Medtronic’s Identity and Access Management environment o Gather and document customer requirements for new development o Facilitate testing, validation and documentation of errors found o Work with project manager to ensure successful completion of projects o Mentor more junior resources in development practices and help them develop analytical skills o Maintain a productive relationship with business sponsors and end users o Provide technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems.
