*Position: Staffing Analyst* *Location: Eagan ,MN* *Duration: 13 Months (Possibility of Extension)* JOB DESCRIPTION: The role of a Staffing Analyst is to assist IT Leaders with analysis, reporting and administration of their teams. In this role, Staffing Analyst is assigned to one or more IT Directors assigned. Works with multiple managers in providing analytical and reporting help, and help onboarding new resources, and with data updates in PPM. General areas of responsibility: Provide analytical and reporting support to IT Leaders - · Understand capacity, demand, and actual utilization of budgets data · Run standard reports available, analyze and present data to IT Leaders for action · Follow-up with individual contributors and project managers on missing time · Work on special requests for analysis of data related to IT Performance metrics Provide Staffing Support – · Ongoing assistance on PPM and Staffing § Creating Core Work Plans for Director area annually § Maintaining Staffing Profile and Work Plan as the year progresses § Follow-up with project managers on resource allocations and adjustments § Fulfill allocation requests in PPM; consult with managers as required § Follow-up with individual contributors on missing time § Verify resources are charging time to appropriate tasks § Follow-up with project managers on timesheets pending approval § Act as proxy to managers for approving time § Coordinate with Agile1 on interview scheduling § Work with Agile1 and PPM Support on any data updates in case of re-orgs or manager transfers · Provide support to managers once the individual is engaged, until they are setup and ready for work.
