Client, high-frequency proprietary trading firm, seeks a highly-skilled
Senior Python Developer to work with our referential market data.
This developer will take a principal role in handling compnies securities
infrastructure.

*Responsibilities*
As a Senior Python Developer, your responsibilities will include:
•Helping develop the next generation referential data platform
•Helping the team with various projects pertaining to migration, automation
and development
•Fixing bugs and issues in existing production support platforms
•Implementing enhancement and adding new functionality in existing support
UI
•Implementing and supporting new execution venues
•Validating data changes and updating the platform accordingly through the
UI

*Qualifications*
*Our ideal candidate will have:*
•At least 8 years of experience in Python and Java
•Experience in SQL, Angular JS, javascript, version control (git) and html
(a plus)
•An understanding of financial instruments (equities, debt instruments,
futures, and options)
•Good written and oral communication skills
•Prior experience in a high pressure environment, preferably in the finance
or tech industry
•Prior experience in Security Master or Market Data infrastructure a plus
•Experience in Agile development and Jira use.
