*Position : .Net Developer * *Location : De Pere, WI Duration : 6 Month Interview : Phone then Skype or F2F * *US Citizenship, a Green Card or EAD * *Job Summary: * A .Net Programmer Analyst with 4-6 years of Experience to design, develop and test new and existing programs associated with initiatives on our policy administration team. *Required Skills: * • Hands on project development or other equivalent work experience in *C#, VB.NET <http://VB.NET> or Java* • Experience with *.Net 4.5 Framework Experience having with SSRS Exp.* • Experience working with *WCF and/or Web API, both as a client and as a server* • Solid database skills including the areas of writing complex queries, data modeling and performance tuning • Knowledge of unit testing practices and how to write testable code • Strong analytic and problem solving skills • Demonstrated ability to learn new skills quickly and independently • A passion for continuous learning and staying up to date with the latest trends & technologies Preferred Skills: • Ideally *4+ years of hands on development experience in C#, VB.NET <http://VB.NET> or Java* • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience • Proven ability to successfully translate client/business needs into software designs • Property Casualty insurance industry experience • Experience in SOA and integrating multiple systems from multiple vendors • Experience in performance tuning of *.NET applications* • Experience with .NET’s Task Parallel Library or other experience with multi-threaded solutions.
