*Position : Project Manager with CRM Exp. *

*Location : Philadelphia , PA *


*Duration : 6-12 Months Interview : Phone then Face to Face *

Client  need CRM (*possibly Microsoft Dynamics*).



*Job Summary: *

·         This individual will be responsible for the delivery of
initiatives related to the firm’s Client Relationship Management (CRM)
tool.  This role will work directly with the project core team members,
Information Technology, and any necessary business owners to support CRM
system.



*Job Responsibilities:*

   - Collaborate with business units, internal IT staff, and external
   vendors who support business applications by doing the following:
      - Set and manage all expectations around scope, budget, and project
      resourcing.
      - Properly set expectations for project success.
      - Manage expectations of all stakeholders.
      - Develop and manage an agreed upon project plan.
      - Communicate and manage tasks or activities per the defined schedule.
      - Accurately track and report project status.
      - Insure timely delivery of work product.
      - Facilitate pre-launch activities such as communications planning.
      - Facilitate post-launch activities such as project closure
      discussions.


   - The individual must be well-organized, be able to work independently,
   and have strong ability to effectively multi-task and problem-solve.
   - Facilitate project discussions with several business units.
   - Facilitate projects using known project methodologies such as
   waterfall and Agile.





*Job Requirements & Experience:*

·         Three to five years’ *financial services experience successfully
managing complex initiatives involving CRM* upgrades and implementations.

·         Asset management experience strongly preferred.

·         *Project Manager Professional (PMP) *preferred but not required.

·         Comprehensive understanding of multiple CRM platforms.

·         Understanding of sales, marketing, and client onboarding
requirements also a strong plus.

·         Exceptional communication, organizational, and customer service
skills to facilitate interaction with department managers, subject matter
experts, and end-users.

·         Knowledge of all project phases and experience in both technology
and non-technology initiatives.

·         Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and
Visio.

·         Ability to problem solve in a fast paced environment.

·         Must be self-motivated and detail-oriented.

·         The candidate must be a team player and adaptable to shifts in
priorities as needed.



*Education:*

   - BS/BA degree in Finance, Information Management Systems, or equivalent
   experience.
