*Position : QA Tester Location : Phoenix, AZ* *Duration : 6 months, could extend longer * *Interview: Phone then Face to Face * *Candidate must be an expert level with HP ALM or Quality Center. * *Job Description* · This individual will be writing test cases, testing and writing procedures for our new system. · The position is responsible for testing our core servicing system. This may include entering loan applications, preparing loan documents, disbursing loan proceeds, title (auto and real estate) work, transferring funds, balancing, changing a due date, posting payments, loan payment adjustments, modifications and extensions, researching accounts, opening new accounts, creating wire transfers and ACH transfers, preparing documents for imaging, lien releases and subordinations, UCC 1 filings, preparing payoff statements, skip pays, escrow transactions, and GL reconciliation. · The incumbent will be responsible for becoming familiar with the daily activities of the Consumer Loan Origination, Consumer Loan Processing, Consumer Loan Servicing, and Business Loan Division departments to ensure they are aware of current processes and identify ways to implement enhancements to streamline existing processes and improve efficiencies when applicable. *Qualifications:* · *Experience with HP ALM or Quality Center*. · The position requires a combination of lending experience with Consumer, Home Equity, Indirect, and Commercial loan products as well as a technical aptitude with system administration/configuration. · A thorough understanding of the intricacies of specific loan product lines and parameter settings is necessary. Experience with writing test cases and defect resolution is required. · The incumbent must be able to self-direct activities and make independent decisions within the scope of their authority, while working closely with other areas of the Client. · The incumbent must have excellent analytical skills, work with a high degree of accuracy, as well as the ability to multi-task. · Other job requirements include the ability to maintain confidentiality with member information, excellent oral and written communication skills and presentation skills.
