*QA Tester* *RANCHO CARDOVA, CA* *4-6 Months* * * *MAX HOURLY RATE: $40/Hr on CTC!!!* * * *BI-LINGUAL [ENGLISH & SPANISH]* * * *QA Tester position reports to the QA Manager and is accountable for developing and executing test scripts and defect management. * * * *All testing is considered complex and involves contact center technology which includes IVR, call routing, desktop application, reporting and IDM. * * * *The tester is expected to have extensive experience testing using these components. * * * *Required Skills: * *Must have at least 5 years of testing experience. * *Previous experience in testing Oracle Identity & Access Management Suite is required. * *Previous experience in testing IVR speech recognition system, CTI (routing & reporting), and agent desktop application is required. * *Must have extensive experience in Integration, Functional, Regression, System, and User Acceptance Testing. * *Exposure to automated test tools (such as Hammer) is highly desired. * *Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus. * *Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to work with cross functional teams. * *Must be a self-starter who works independently and is detail oriented. * *BS in Computer Science or equivalent education/professional experience is required. * * * *Responsibilities: * *Develop test scripts based on defined business/functional specifications and use cases. * *Execute test scripts and accurately & concisely report both progress and defect status. * *Work with developers in supporting defects analysis, reproduction & resolution. * *Must be able to work closely with the customer and assist them in their User Acceptance Testing. * *Produce detailed and accurate documentation of test results. * * * * * * Best Regards,
