*Job Description::* Under broad direction, assists in supervising other systems administrators and provides basic job training and guidance on a regular basis. Applies change management processes to install and maintain the company's infrastructure systems by installing, tuning, and patching operating system and application software under established guidelines. Assesses and resolves server and network issues via the Trouble Ticket process and utilizes appropriate vendor and site contacts as necessary. Coordinates with the server architecture team and disseminates relevant information to the group. Supervises others; allocates and monitors work, coordinates similar activities within a functional area. Interprets and applies directions originating at a higher level. Job tasks, correctly performed, impact indirectly on cost containment, efficiency, profitability or operations. Skills are typically acquired through completion of an undergraduate degree in an IT related discipline or equivalent related work experience and 6 years of experience in systems administration which includes experience in a corporate IT environment. Requires Project selection--Please ignore) • Maintain, enhance, and support WS02 Products such as Identity Management, API Manager, API Gateway, Business Activity Monitor, and the Enterprise Service Bus.
