BA/BS degree (or equivalent) minimum (Computer Science or related field). 2. At least 6 years' experience as a contributing member of a web engineering/operations team - deploying a variety of applications in Red Hat Linux and Windows based environment. 3. Candidate should have detailed knowledge in JBoss, Oracle WebLogic, IBM WebSphere Application Server - using clustering capabilities of such technologies. 4. Strong belief in "Infrastructure as Code" - administering and operating systems through scripts, API's, tooling, and automation. 9. Experience in deploying software to cloud computing infrastructure; Experience with monitoring tools, scripting, configuration management, clustering, and Internet security. *Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:* 1. Application Server (JBoss, Oracle WebLogic, IBM WebSphere), Message Queuing (Active MQ, Hornet MQ, IBM MQ series) 2. Web servers (Apache, IIS, NGINX), load balancers (HAProxy and Varnish) and high availability systems 3. AWS/Eucalytpus, OpenStack, CloudStack, vCloud 4. Puppet, Chef, Ansible, Capistrano 5. DevOps-style Cloud Administration and Operations 6. Cloud Security and Cloud Disaster Recovery 7. Monitoring systems and frameworks (Nagios, NewRelic, Zabbix) 8. Knowledge of MySQL or other DBMS 9. Programming experience 10. Experience with the following a plus: Java/J2EE, HTML, JavaScript, SQL, Hibernate, Spring, web services, MySQL or SQL Server 11.
