Duration : 12+months Write secure software (front-end and back-end) for use by the public. Develop and conduct unit tests plans supporting agreed upon requirements. Write systems documentation to facilitate systems maintenance. Perform all duties and roles within professional capabilities to support projects. Requirements: The subcontractor should be proficient in Java web application development including Spring, Spring MVC, Ant, Maven or similar tools/technologies. The subcontractor has demonstrated knowledge of Agile development processes. The subcontractor has worked in a Continuous Integration environment using automated software unit and functional testing (JUnit, HTMLUnit, Selenium, Watir, Cucumber, etc). Proficient with database technologies and Object-Relational Mapping tools (Hibernate, JPA, ActiveRecord, etc). Experience with public-facing web apps, including AJAX, Javascript, and scaling issues. Familiarity with dynamic language frameworks such as Ruby on Rails, or a desire to learn. Solid analytical and problem solving skills.
