The contractor is expected to be a hands-on developer, not just an analyst or advisor. · This position will require meetings with business clients and the ability to write professional emails. The candidate will work with another developer who will also assist with business requirements. The candidate must also be able to work with business users to understand specifications and recommend application solutions that can be delivered in a reasonable timeframe. · The candidate is expected to have experience working on applications with high levels of usage and large volumes of data. The existing application has complicated logic and stored procedures so the candidate must be proficient at troubleshooting in this environment. *Skills & Requirements:*This position requires that the candidate have 8+ years of intensive Web design and development with IIS, ASP and .Net.
