*Role: JBoss *Duration: 12-18 month contract Location: Des Moines, IA. *Description:* Our client in the Des Moines area has an immediate need for an Enterprise JBOSS Expert/Administrator. The successful candidate will have significant enterprise JBOSS experience in a large FORTUNE 500 company. Responsibilities: Work closely as part of a team who manages a large lab environment. Lab is owned by the team, so your teammates/managers control the environment. Tools and systems the candidate will need to be experienced with include: Nagios, Cacti, LDAP, VMware. This person will work directly with a workflow coordinator as wells as other teams of developers, DBAs, Stress/Performance/Load team, and QA team. Ability to work well with others in a team environment and offer up solutions to constantly be improving processes/environment is a MUST. Candidate will not interact directly with the business. Minimum 2 years JBOSS experience in an Enterprise environment. Lab Environment: RedHat Linux 4/5, Solaris, SAN storage, vmware, LDAP, Nagios, Cacti. Experience working in similar environments is also necessary. The successful candidate will work and excel in a team atmosphere. Minimum 2 years JBOSS experience in an Enterprise environment.
