Position Summary Siebel (Oracle) Technical Consultant Responsibilities includes: " Provide analysis, design and implementation of Siebel Universal Customer Master (UCM) for integrations to touch point systems including middleware integrations " Responsible for the development project deliverables including: data mapping, code development and unit test, Technical Design Documents, Code delivery and migration for: - Conversions - Interfaces / Integrations - Workflows - Web Services " Document and unit test scripts for developed objects " Troubleshoot and resolve issues with the developed objects " Work with Oracle support on any issues requiring support from Oracle support and development. " Troubleshoot and triage issues discovered during testing " Mentor client personnel to help them learn Customer Hub technical design matters Required Skills: " Demonstrated experience developing Web application interfaces and frameworks.
