Title : PeopleSoft CRM BA Location : New York, NY, United States Duration : 6+ Months (80% remote work) The candidate must have PeopleSoft CRM functional background (as a Business Analyst or Solution Architect), with implementation and team management experience Hands on Responsibilities: . Assist with the functional work stream team deliverables, including: . Assist in mapping current state vs future state process flows . Assist in developing BRDs (Business Requirements Documents) . Assist with the functional specification documents . Assist in training activities for all PeopleSoft CRM projects for the client . Review and approve all technical deliverables and documentation Experience: . A minimum of 5 years experience managing PeopleSoft CRM / People Tools implementation projects . A minimum of 5 years supervising or managing development teams . Implementation experience in the PeopleSoft CRM area with focus on Account, Event and Contact Management, Order Capture, Sales Force Automation, Opportunity Management and Lead Management . PeopleSoft CRM integration experience required . Consulting background and experience is a nice to have from one of the major IT consulting companies.
