*Required Skills: * Experience in the design and development of complex multi-threaded software systems in a Windows and .Net environment -- this includes expertise in ASP.Net (WebForms a must, alternative paradigms desirable), Web Services (ASMX, SOAP, WCF), MSMQ (application of other messaging/queuing technologies is acceptable), T-SQL database scripting (stored procedures, complex queries, triggers), usage of LINQ for data access as well as general expressions against object collections, experience leveraging and implementing extension methods and lambda expressions. Solid foundation in ADO.Net a must; additional experience in higher level abstractions preferred (Microsoft Enterprise Library, ORMs.) Scripting languages a plus (Perl, Shell). Thorough understanding of software engineering processes and best practices (design patterns/principles), experience with database design and real-time/near-real-time data handling and enterprise caching architectures.
