This individual will be working closely with DHS and is community based providers to determine requirements. The Curam Development Oversight is responsible for ensuring that software development activities conducted by the District system integrator need industry best practice and guidelines agreed upon by the District. Also responsible for establishing and supporting the testing efforts including user acceptance testing work system for the Department of Human Services. Required Skills · Curam (V6 and previous versions) software development experience in CER rule, IEG and workflow · Experience develop test conditions & expected results based on the application required · Experience with Medicaid, TANF, SNAP services and case management · Experience review project deliverables for completeness & quality · Workshop facilitation · Experience with JAVA application development · Experience with Oracle Database and development tools such Eclipse and RSA · Application development to application software development (preferably Java) · Wev service design and development -- Thanks & Regards!
