- Owns and runs all aspects of the program including strategy,
assessments, remediation, upgrades, communications, finance and risk.

Technical Skills and Experiences:
- Engineering or computer science educational requirements or has
equivalent work experience
- PMP Certification
- ITIL Certification
- Experience working in large corporate enterprise environment
- Experience working in a remote based manner
- 5 years of work experience with project management
- Excellent understanding and working knowledge of:
- Project management
- Financial aspects
- Information security
- Risk Management
Non-technical Skills and Experiences:
- Keeps people informed through use of appropriate methods and media
- Shares relevant or useful information in a timely manner
- Fosters exemplary cooperation and collaboration within and between
teams
- Communicates clearly, concisely and accurately
- Ability to work with Vendors and Customers.
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Organizational Skills
Unique Requirements:
- On call responsibility (ability to contact occasionally outside of
business hours)
- Working hours above/outside of the norm (after hours as needed,
including weekends and holidays), ability to be contacted after hours 24x7
- Ability to participate on empowered, virtual teams.
- Ability to work from home (dial or broadband connection that allows VPN
to customer network), laptop
- Cell phone or home phone if cell phone coverage is too poor from home
location
- Adjust schedule to attend customers meetings as needed
Role Overview:
- Strong delivery, matrix management, communication skills
- Strong PMO Skills are essential part of the job
- Capable of handling consultants and able to manage project plans
reporting to central management team
- Expert knowledge in desktop and virtualization technologies with
ability to perceive and review architecture, desktop and strategy planning
- Excellent project management skills
- Excessive knowledge in deployment methodologies
- Facilitate and support organization decision and project manage the
technical consultants and PM resources of the program
- Strong knowledge of Change and release management.
- Excellent negotiation skill and decision making skill to carry out
planned actions
