QA Analyst with IVR and CTI and Genesys Experience Needed Location: Charlotte, NC or Denver, CO Duration: 6 months Rate: $42/hr C2C *Required Skills:* -Bachelor's degree plus 7-10 years -This QA Analyst position reports to the CCT CTI/QA Test Lead and is accountable for developing test plans & test scripts, executing test scripts and defect management. All testing is considered complex and involves contact center technology which includes IVR, CTI (routing and reporting), Desktop applications and MIS. The Analyst is expected to have extensive experience testing these components. -The Analyst must have experience reviewing requirement documents, design and specifications documents (such as call flow documents, functional specification documents, production implementation documents and technical specification documents). -The Analyst is required to evaluate all documentation, identify gaps and develop test plans, test scripts and test mitigation strategies. -Training and experience with Genesys Framework (CTI) in a large scale, enterprise contact center environment. . -Experience evaluating CTI associated interface requirements and identifying gaps and risks in test planning, execution and defect resolution. -Experience evaluating CTI logs and events with sufficient knowledge necessary to interpret results and determine if functional requirements are met. -Superior communication skills, both oral and written are essential. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Oracle Developers" group.
