Design customizations to meet gaps between application functionality and requirement. . Integrate territory manager with Oracle Incentive compensation for sales credit allocation. . Experience configuring OIC collections with both seeded and custom collection sources. . Experience with CRM resource manager. . Experience Creating design documents for gap resolutions. . Coordinate document reviews and adhere to client standards for styles tools and template . Provide month end production support to the incentive compensation analyst in resolving issues. . Experience using interdependent plan elements and multidimensional rate tables. . Experience Working with Oracle Support Group in resolving issues. .
