•             4+ years experience in ETL(Informatica) development.

•             Should have strong Data warehousing skills and good
understanding of Data warehousing concepts.

•             Ability to understand the requirement and develop Informatica
Mappings.

•             Strong SQL/Oracle knowledge.

•             PL/SQL knowledge would also be beneficial

•             Should have worked with Heterogeneous source systems to
understand and troubleshoot/backtrack in case of any data issues.

•             Strong verbal and written communication skills



*Roles & Responsibilities              *

•             The person working in this position is expected to develop
Informatica mappings ranging from Simple, Medium to High Complexities.

•             Since he is required to have sound SQL and Oracle skills, he
would be required to check the Performance of the developed ETL and tune it.

•             He should adhere to Informatica development standard as per
client processes and should also be aware of best practices used during ETL
development.

•             He is also required to perform Unit testing & Integration
testing and capture the Unit test case results.

•             Also the person will participate in designing and executing
test plans, scenarios and scripts along with documenting software defects
by using a bug tracking system and report the defects.

•             He will be required to have good understanding of Business
terminologies to interpret it into ETL.
