Keys to the Position:-

 ·         Candidate must have at least 2+ years’ experience in the
management of and development in an RSA Archer GRC platform, particularly
with the Enterprise, Policy, Risk, and Threat modules.

·         Proven experience developing APIs to integrate data from other
sources with RSA Archer.

·         Experience developing ODAs to supplement Archer out of the box
functionality

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required

·         Financial Services experience is a +

·         Candidate must work onsite for this role.

 Qualifications

·         5+ years’ experience in management of and development in an RSA
Archer GRC platform, particularly with the Enterprise, Policy, Risk, and
Threat modules.

·         Proven experience developing APIs to integrate data from other
sources with RSA Archer.

·         Experience developing ODAs to supplement Archer out of the box
functionality

·         A background in application development and/or systems
administration

·         Broad knowledge of Risk Management, control design, execution and
monitoring.

·         Previous experience with Control Frameworks such as ISO27001 and
the  NIST Cybersecurity Framework.

·         Previous experience with cloud infrastructure is a plus

·         Previous experience with ITSM solutions such as ServiceNow is a
plus

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills and
presentation skills are a must.

·         Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline.

·         RSA Archer Certified Administrator is preferred.

 The position

Information Security is expanding the Risk Management team and is looking
for a highly motivated, technical RSA Archer GRC Administrator/Developer to
be responsible for the Archer platform which supports our Risk Management
program.  This individual will be a part of and work directly with the
Information Security Risk Management team and have primary responsibility
for the implementation, management, and support of Information Security’s
Archer platform,  This individual will also work directly with
infrastructure owners, business process owners, vendor support and others
to configure Archer to meet business needs and help demonstrate how the
tool can support various risk-based business practices, And will be a core
member of a rapidly growing Information Security and IT Risk team with
opportunities to help expand the program and provide value in multiple
areas of the firm.

 Specific responsibilities include:

·         Configuration of the RSA Archer GRC platform to support the IT
Risk Management program.

·         Development of APIs to allow Archer to pull/push data from/to
various data sources.

·         Provide support for any Archer issues, up to and including
working with vendor support staff. Facilitate the regular touch-point
meeting with the vendor.

·         Development of UI, questionnaires, and intranet sites to share
GRC information where appropriate

·         Work with internal infrastructure and architecture teams to
manage, support, and maintain both the non-production and production Archer
platforms/instances.

·         Work with data source teams such as the Information Security
Vulnerability Management team to incorporate new risk data and external
threat feeds into the RSA Archer implementation.

·         Assist with the editing and publication of control standards.

·         Ensure a systemic approach to synchronizing Archer reference data
and lists with other master record sources is in place and functional.
