*Location: Atlanta, GA* * * *Specialized development skills include:* *Advance experience (5+ Yrs) developing/using:* *BizTalk (Microsoft) Development Required SQL Stored Procedures SQL SVR DB Dot Net Cursors Replication Queue XML/Java APIs Data Concurrency* *Education Requirements*: Bachelor's Degree with emphasize on Computer Science, Mathematics or Engineering plus 5 years experience; 6-10 years working experience in lieu of bachelors degree. Under general supervision and with minimal assistance from more experienced and knowledgeable programmer analysts, develops, modifies, and implements moderately complex information systems that are thorough and accurate. Translates customer requirements, recommending system solutions and formulating detailed specifications from which programs are written. Codes, tests, debugs, and documents assignments of moderate complexity. Independently researches and resolves moderately complex technical problems. An intermediate level technical contributor in one or more specialized phases of application system analysis and programming with developing business application knowledge. May serve as primary system support for one or more moderately complex information systems. May serve in the Solutions Framework roles of Development Lead, or Operations Advocate. *Strong problem solving/analytical skills* Good multi-tasking skills Good oral/written communication skills Ability to interface with the client and management Ability to interface with diverse teams Ability to analyze data and data relationships. Ability to translate both business requirements & technical details. Ability to independently design programs and test plans Good organizational skills.
