*NY-New York/Nyc Duration::: 6+ monthsMOI::: Phone then face to face * *Job Description::* -The job description for one of the key positions is detailed below. -This role is responsible for the design, development, configuration, testing, implementation, and ongoing support of Fidelus’ Domain Separated ServiceNow core ITSM platform, creation of new applications and understanding of various system integration requirements. . -Collaboration with other ServiceNow System Administrators and key stakeholders to analyze and understand requirements, then transform the requirements into a solution. -The successful candidate will be part of a team responsible for the ongoing enhancement and maintenance of the Service Management platform and must be able to act with a sense of urgency and adapt to changing priorities. Mentoring, coaching and training of team resources is also a responsibility of this role. *Responsibilities* •The responsibilities of ServiceNow System Administrator/Programmer include, but are not limited to: •Provides daily support of the ServiceNow platform; including scripting, configuration, integrations and administration. •Monitor health, usage and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications. •Facilitates the resolution of high severity SNOW events to minimize customer impact. Responsibilities include participating in rotating on-call support process. •Performs analysis of incident and problem events to identify trends and service improvement opportunities. Develops recommendations based upon analysis and drives organizational efforts to implement. •Facilitates problem post mortem exercises to identify causal factors and root causes.
