Bachelor’s Degree in IT, MIS or Computer Science highly preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. · 6 years minimum experience with HTML/XHTML, JavaScript and CSS · 6 years minimum web programming experience including PHP, Python, Ruby, ASP or JSP · 3 years minimum experience working with relational database systems such as MySQL, MSSQL or Oracle and a good working knowledge of SQL · Proficiency with Object-Oriented development · Must have strong written and verbal skills in English. · Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software (MSWord, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) · Programming certifications for IT professionals are welcomed and will be considered.
