*Duration: Contract to hire(4 months contract then hire)* *Positions: 2* *Phone, then face to face* *Location: Columbia, MD* * * *Only GC/Citizens* Duties and Responsibilities: · Create, update and execute Functional Test cases. · Analyze Business requirements and interact with BA’s · Perform Functional, end to end testing with minimal supervision. · Perform post production validation for deployments. · Track and validate defects. · Assist development team in troubleshooting defects found. Required Skills: · 5+ years of IT testing experience. · Expertise in UI, Integration, Functionality testing. · Experience in IPAD and Windows based applications. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills. · Experience in MS office products. · Knowledge of defect tracking process. · Experience working in an Agile or Scrum environment. · Expected to take direction and guidance well and work independently. ** Experience in HL7 standards for medical applications is desired** · Automated testing is not required but is nice to have. · The candidates should be local and should be eligible to work at client as FTE’s if we get new budgeted positions for next year (ie- no H1B, sorry).
