of processes and modules across enterprise. Oversees, defines and monitors
critical path activities and resolves issues or escalates issues to the
Project Manager as needed. Drives the design and implementation of new
business processes with organizational structure and required SAP
configuration. Must possess an in-depth understanding of the business
function/process supported, and also be viewed as a credible representative
of that business function/process. Successful implementation is dependent
on the ability of incumbent to influence business leadership and management
decisions and drive ownership and acceptance of this change to the
business. Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems,
Business Administration, or other related field. Or equivalent work
experience. Typically has 10+ years of IT and business work experience.
Often is recruited internally from high-level management positions in the
organization. Requires prior management, supervisory, or team leader
experience.

*Duration : 6 Months *
Reviews, analyzes, and modifies programming systems including encoding,
testing, debugging and installing to support an organizations application
systems. Consults with users to identify current operating procedures and
to clarify program objectives. Requires a bachelors degree in area of
specialty and at least 8 years of experience in the field or in a related
area. Familiar with a variety of the fields concepts, practices, and
procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and
accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May provide
consultation on complex projects and is considered to be the top level
contributor/specialist. Typically reports to a manager or head of a
unit/department.
Siebel Business Process Analyst
Responsibilities:
* Take ownership of specific sprint goals and lead the effort to elicit
detailed SME requirement specifications across an international SME group.
* Build consensus for a solution among SMEs with conflicting needs.
* Write use cases
* Develop Functional Specifications
* Support iterative development process
* Write Test Scripts, Perform Validation Testing, and Host User Acceptance
Testing
Required Skills:
* Prefer four or more years of Siebel Business Analysis work with strong
experience in Siebel.
* Siebel 7.X environment knowledge
* Siebel Sales application knowledge.
* Experience with topic leadership and facilitation of large SME work
groups.
* Experience working directly with Business Subject Matter Experts and
Analysts in a rapid development environment.
** Please note, this is not a hands-on Siebel developer or admin role. The
right profile would be someone with Business Process Analysis background
and Siebel experience. Siebel Sales module experience is required. Must
have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
