*Job Summary:  Reporting to the Application and Integration Services (AIS)
Manager, responsible for the implementation and support of environments for
IIS, BizTalk, and Dynamics CRM platforms in a Microsoft Azure solution*.
Person must perform all duties assigned by the AIS Manager and must know,
practice and ensure that company policies and procedures and state and
federal laws are followed at all times.  Ensure that no company, employee
or customer information is inappropriately divulged to unauthorized parties.

*Responsibilities and Duties: *

·         Participate in the design and implementation of new IIS, BizTalk,
and Dynamics CRM platforms. Ensure design meets application development
team requirements. Ensure platform complies with team standards and IT
policies and procedures.

·         Deploy applications to production and non-production
environments. Troubleshoot web server and application issues related to the
platforms and work with internal and external teams as required.

·         Manage the daily operation of IIS, BizTalk, and Dynamics CRM
services. Monitor resource utilization and key performance indicators.
Report on platform health and plan/implement recommended maintenance as
required.  Perform impact analysis for appropriate tasks.

·         Work with other teams in the design and configuration of secure
access to IIS, BizTalk, and Dynamics CRM.

·         Possess a thorough understanding of various BizTalk services and
administration concepts including application deployment, scripting,
activity monitoring, and continual service improvement practices.

·         Possess a working knowledge of Dynamics CRM, including
administration and functionality.

·         Possess an understanding of Microsoft Azure services and key
differences between the cloud and on-premise solutions.

·         Work with Developers and Administrators to support the
implementation of applications.  Translate nonfunctional requirements into
platform designs. Perform impact analysis to capacity.

·         Maintain documentation related to infrastructure and architecture
of all related systems.

·         Produce project related documentation and provide estimates to
the Project Lead or Manager for work to be completed.

·         Assist in recommendations for disaster recovery of all
environments.

·         Become familiar with IT operations and make recommendations for
improvement where appropriate.

·         Practice and promote teamwork at all times.  Set a good personal
example of attitude and performance.

*Educational Requirements and Qualifications: *

·         Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work
experience required.

·         *A minimum of three (3) years of experience supporting BizTalk in
a production environment.*

·         *Must have experience and a strong understanding of requirements
for new IIS/BizTalk/Dynamics CRM implementations.*

·         *Understanding of networking and server hardware platforms
required.*

·         *Understanding of .NET application and database concepts
required.*

·         Must have strong written and oral communication skills.

·         *Understanding of virtualization technologies*.
