Client: Music and Arts Location: Frederick, MD Interview: *In person final* *Duration: 3 months +* 1) 10 years QA Management/Lead experience 2) Experience defining and building QA process from scratch 3) Comfortable being the primary QA resource *Job Description* We are looking for a motivated and hands-on individual who can work in a fast-paced environment. This person will be instrumental in defining QA processes, establishing test strategies, and driving quality standards within the group. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership skills, agile software development experience, and a deep understanding of formal QA methodologies. Experience leading transformational change across a QA organization is a key component of this position.
