Title: RE: Posts
Hi,
Terry A. Glancyhas tried three times
to post this story on the OGD.
He tried it in Rich Text and Plain Text and each
time the message was rejected.
I am just forwarding it to the OGD for him, to see
if it will be accepted.
If this fails again, I will try one more time

Hello -
Sorry, it may be spelled incorrectly...this plant had
two fully-formed inflorescences, with the buds pretty
close to opening. Then, we had a cold spell, and I
brought the plant inside...tragedy! The buds blasted,
fell off.
So...I thought it would now be entering dormancy until
spring, so I

Terry's post did not come through on the digest from his computer and I was
so curious that I e mailed him so he could ssend it direct to me! Glad to
see it finally got through .
Now it is curious that some could have seen it on digest when others could
not.

Tricia's post about having read Glancy's post about Taiwanese pests
puzzles me. I am one of those who received Glancy's postsWITHOUT any

that mean that there are different versions of the OGD? When I reply to an

Well, this is the fourth time it has arrived here - maybe it's a glitch

It is rejected by the OGD Digest and the OGD

find the body of the message missing in

Hello OGDers :
The morphological differences between Brassavola nodosa and B. grandiflora
appear to be somewhat unclear or, at least, not conclusive.
Should we consider the size of the plants as a decisive criteria ?
As far as the size of mature plants is concerned, I am rather reluctant to

I have seen sangii plants with greatly varying holotype in leaf
color and mottle. Is there a way to distinguish an unflowered Paph sangii

In case anybody has one (including Australia), that little Home Depot Dendrobium Ted Davis x Snowfire has been registered as Memoria Mister Terrific (a lovely brown tabby). I wanted to name it after our Boston terrier, but Julian misunderstood the name.

If it's any help, I received the message at least three times. I receive
the individual postings, not the digest, on OE 5.5 SP2 through cable modem.

Regarding Cycnoches warsweiczii, Cychnoches do occasionally bloom
after they defoliate and enter dormancy for the winter. It probably would
not take up any water or nutrients from the pot if repotted, since its roots are
likely to be dead, but it can draw on stored reserves to bloom.
