[OGD] UV light and flowering

I have two problems with the info you were given:   1)  Polycarbonate does pass some wavelengths of UV.  (I work for the largest producer of resins for the DVD industry in US, and am responsible for importing the photoinitiators used in their UV-photocure production.)  That is not to say that
