Alfredo Manrique will be one of the speakers featured at the Mid-America Orchid Congress, hosted by the Illinois Orchid Society April 27-29, 2007. Hadley Cash, of Marriott Orchids, Patricia Harding, co-author with Carl Withner, and Dr. Eric Christensen will also have presentations at the Chicago Renaissance North Shore Hotel. The show and sale will be held at Chicago Botanic Garden, one of the great destination gardens in the United States. We will also host an auction to benefit the MAOC, a banquet to celebrate orchids, along with the Affiliated Societies Breakfast and Judges' Forum.
