[OGD] Henry Oakeley - thanks for the clarifications

Henry Oakeley's post certainly helps to clarify some aspects of the 
selection of Singapore as the host country for the 2011 World Orchid 
Conference.

As Henry suggests, we should now concentrate on the next WOC in Miami, in 2008.
