Does anyone know where I can find a copy of "An
Introduction to the Cultivated Angraecoid Orchids of
Madagascar" by Hillerman and Holst? The book's been
out of print for a while now, and I can't seem to find
a copy anywhere. I'm willing to pay for one or trade
for another out-of-print book that I have: "The Genus
Cymbidium" by Du Puy and Cribb. Has anyone had
experience growing Rangaeris amaniensis? I just got
one and it's pretty small (about four inches tall),
and I'm hoping that someone can give me an idea of how
big it needs to be before it flowers, as well as any
other information you can share (temperature and light
preferences (or tolerances), ease or difficulty of
culture, etc. Thank you!
