Yes, it is correct that the one-fold stegosaurus is by Joseph Wu. It was first made public as a business card like promotional piece for a convention in Vancouver during an OrigamiUSA Convention in NY some years ago. It was also featured on the t-shirt for L.I.F.E.'s Fold Fest in 2013; in which case Joseph Wu gave permission probably with a bit of a laugh I heard because of the model's simplicity.
