Hello Claire,
I believe you may be searching for Michael Adcock’s “Bluebird of Happiness.”
Diagrams can be found in OUSA convention 1993 and Pajarita Magazine 113.
(Source: Gilad Origami) and there a several video tutorials for it as well.
