I'm pretty sure I've folded that flower, from a diagram I found in a
package of origami paper, some years ago. Unless the book shown by Maurice
indicates a designer, I'd bet it's traditional (no known designer). My best
guess.

The model doesn't have a color change. The paper had different colors.
