You can get information on the 4 scheduled events, each only $5, and each can be viewed by as many people as can fit in front of your computer (which is all you will need). The Sunday, February 21, 2016 - 2:00pm to 4:00pm US Eastern time zone event will be "Reaching Utopia" presented by Ekaterina (Kate) Lukasheva. This workshop features the Utopia origami modular designed by Kate. The modular has distorted pyramids that seem to float separately from the body of the model. Since the pyramids do not lie on the surface of the model, Kate named the module Utopia which can be translated from the Greek as "no place" (ou="not" + topos="place"). In addition to teaching the model, Kate will explain the idea behind the module and how it can be folded from various paper sizes. She will also give a glimpse into her creation process.
