[Origami] Venus Butterfly?

I've been looking for the Venus Butterfly model (a butterfly on one side, but flip it over and . . . ). Is that in Nick's naughty book, or is it in another similarly naughty book? I think it's in the same book with the origami condom that John Andrisan designed to fit over the origami . . . well
