We work with the frontend tag and with apache in front of the OC4J and it work
fine.
Still
there is a problem when using the HTTPUtils.getRequestUri() which does not come
back with theapache name, but with the oc4J machine name.
You should set the namespace-accesswrite-access in the
home/config/application.xml
