Getting 1.4.6 which fixes bug #161

Hi, I saw an email in regards to the fix of bug #161 that claimed to be fixed in 1.4.6. I went to the orionserver site to see if I can download 1.4.6 but can't find a way of doing it. Is it available for download yet? If so, can someone tell me how to do it. Thanks S
