0.9.2 is not the newest official beta, it's an update for very advanced users.
However, most of your problems are probably related to the new xml validation. To fix a
few of your errors, try this:
java -Dxml.validate=true -Dxml.rewrite=true -jar orion.jar

How can I obtain documentation for the newest beta? I just installad
