Hello, Magnus,
As regards 1.5.2 is there any restriction on the return types of the EJB
method. More specifically, I failed to return Set (as Map.keySet )
and Iterator (as Map.keySet.iterator() ) types but succeeded with Map. (I
think serialization is the point )
Sincerely your,
Victor

A reliable little bird told me that Orion plans support for
full EJB 2.0 by Xmas, but was unsure about all of J2EE 1.3.
This sounds like no Servlet 2.3 or JSP 1.2. (Just speculation
on my part - there are no claims to that from my source).

Where is 1.5.3?

These are really MINOR changes for 4 months of development. I have reported
a pretty serious bug (#599) with stack traces, and instructions on how to
duplicate, and that's not fixed. For all this time, these changes seem
superficial.

Title: RE: 1.5.3 is out, but what is so new?
I just had an error after updating my server to 1.5.3. It seems no more MDB support. I got NoClassDefFound Exception for javax/ejb/MessageDrivenBean
Its surprising.

I think (though I may be mistaken) that they had to do a bit of re-write in
anticipation of moving
forward with the spec and in addition to that re-write they also took care of some
bugs. The
suggestion was that future releases would be a little more frequent. Hopefully so!
