-timeout parameter doesn't extend session,
WHY?
I'm not sure if this is still the case with orion, but I needed to set
web-app to shared=true in the secure-web-site.xml site:
web-app application=company name=company-web root=/ shared=true
/
This resolved session-timeout issues I was having
