Yes you can setup your own repositories, for Ubuntu repositories, Debian tools
are available and for OSCAR packages, you can use the tool oscar-packager to
generate all the needed binary packages:

otherwise it won't work. oscar-6.1.0 is about to be released, then we will have

I am having problems with Torque since a while (dependencies issues and
problems building the binary packages). Unfortunately, i do not have the time
to fix that specific issue at the moment, since i am focusing on the release of
