The spec sound simple, but i got a feeling there is more to it. For one, the
statement is a bit general. More detail is useful, such as what kind of
functionality is expected. How the document is inputed into the system. How
you expect to retrieve it, how it would look.
All this is important,
The point here is, it is too early to ask for a quotation, my opinion. i
think more discussion between you and the person involve in building the
system is needed before that.
